Players Club Rules
- Players Club membership is available to anyone 18 years of age or older with a valid photo identification. Types of valid photo identification include Driver’s License, Passport, State Identification Card, Tribal Card and Military ID.
- Players Club card and a matching photo ID are required for all club transactions, point redemptions and promotions.
- Gaming activity must be shown on an account within a 12-month period to keep points already earned.
- It is the Players Club members’ responsibility to properly insert their membership card into a slot machine or present it to a supervisor prior to engaging in table games, poker, and Keno play.
- Any disputes regarding the accumulation of points maintained in a Players Club account will be reviewed by management. Decisions made will be final and binding.
- Players Club rewards are valid only to those guests who have earned them through their own play. Players Club accounts and membership benefits are non-transferable.
- Any misuse of the Players Club member benefits will result in forfeiture of all Players Club benefits.
- Use of the Players Club card indicates acceptance of the rules of the Players Club. By joining Players Club, members consent to receive promotional and informational communications from Players Club.
- Management reserves the right to adjust any point balance resulting from malfunction, operator errors or any other reasons deemed valid.
Management reserves the right to cancel or change benefits and rules or regulations at any time without notice.
